1635 Queen Anne Ave., North, Seattle, WA

Queen Anne Apartments – If you are already familiar with Queen Anne, you know what a fabulous community it is. If you are just learning about Queen Anne, you'll soon discover what a unique, safe, clean, prosperous, and authentic part of Seattle it is.

Queen Anne features all of the characteristics that make city living great – a friendly, walkable neighborhood with access to world class art, shops, and dining. Queen Anne's namesake avenue runs directly through the middle of the community, and at 1635 Queen Anne Avenue North, you'll find the Queen Anne Apartments.

Our apartment building is within easy walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, a drug store, a library, an animal clinic, a bakery, a yogurt store, a childcare center, a middle school, an aquatic center, a barber shop, and much, much more.

Queen Anne Apartments is not your suburban, prefab apartment building without much charm. It's just the opposite. You'll notice the thick, hardwood trim around our doors and windows and you'll appreciate our oriental rugs that line the hardwood floor entries and stairwells.

We offer three distinct apartment types: Our Large 1 Bedroom units feature updated kitchens, well lit rooms, hardwood floors, and measure up to 725 square feet. Our Studio Plus and Studio units are comfortable, yet more economical, living spaces that also have updated, modern appliances, well lit rooms, hardwood floors, and plenty of cabinet space. For all three apartment types, we pay for your water, sewer, and garbage! Our fabulous tenants pay for their own electricity, gas, and cable. Despite the fact we love dogs and cats, our pet policy allows neither. Thanks.
